The staff were all friendly. We especially liked the morning crew who did the breakfast. The kick back bartender was good but got a little loud. He was very enthusiastic and wouldn't change that. We just like things a little quieter. Every staff member we encountered, maintenance, housekeeping, desk, spoke to us and/or acknowledged us. (The guy vacuuming acknowledged us) I've been in customer service my whole life and am great at it. Therefore I expect 110% & am often disappointed. I was NOT at the Drury. Very pleased. Thank you.

This location is awesome! I’ve heard not to stay in Memphis but I definitely would stay here again . It’s right off the freeway and area has everything you could want or need. The 5:30-7 appetizers and 6-9 breakfast are meals so taking that into account the cost of the room is so affordable We stay at Drury whenever we can, never had anything but a great stay. Staff is so great everywhere we’ve been

The rooms were beautiful...nice and big...check in was smooth and the gentleman that worked in the evening was very nice and personable.

The room size, the refrigerator and microwave oven, nice size TV, complimentary breakfast. The manager's reception was nice the night that we attended.

I love the breakfast and dinner items, along with the drinks for those staying at the hotel. Makes for an easier time traveling and didn't have to fight traffic or wait for our food, if we had gone to a restaurant. The service at the front desk and in the dining room was exceptional and so friendly. The staff pride themselves on what they do and they should! Loved that shampoo, conditioner and body wash are available in the shower. Room was extremely clean upon arrival. Microwave, refrigerator discreetly positioned in room.

The bartender was awesome. He had a great personality and made dinner fun. I think his name is Steve.

Breakfast and evening buffet selections were excellent. Something for everyone. My only suggestion is to offer a dessert option at the afternoon buffet though it isn’t essential. The rooms were clean. The staff were excellent. The optional drink voucher was an added bonus. It gave us time to relax over a cocktail in a pleasant small group setting.

The room was big and cozy. The kickback was really great! Breakfast staff very friendly and helpful. The staff continued to wipe down areas and refilled any items that were low. The bed was big and very comfortable.

The room was much bigger than I realized, very clean, had an amazing breakfast…definitely the best value hotel we’ve stayed at. We’ve paid more at other hotels for 1/2 the quality and service at Drury. I highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.
